For those who complain that there’s nothing to do, they can go to the Wyler Aerial Tramway at Franklin Mountains State Park features an air cable car situated on 195.742 acres of rugged mountain and rock formations on the east side of the Franklin Mountains.

At first the visitors said it was going to be scary, and we didn’t want to get on. Getting in the cable car, it started going up, and we could see such a beautiful view of El Paso.

It is a good little thing to do with your family instead of staying home. It takes a total of four minutes. The host guy in the cable car talks about the history of the tramway and different stuff. He was talking about how long the tramway has been around, the different names they gave the mountains, and how when you’re going up the mountain on a rock you can see a face. For the visitors, it was fun because they have never been on a cable car like that. When you get to the top it stops to get off and see the view down, and it is super cold.

Winter temperatures run from 32 to 60 degrees. Summer temperatures run from 68 to 95 degrees. Spring and fall are usually mild seasons with sunny days and cool nights. Rainfall ranges from 7 inches to 10 inches.

If people are scared of heights, don’t go, other then that it is nice. Going all the way to the top one can see the clouds from above and look into binocular viewers to see down.

When you have free time visit the Wyler Aerial Tramway at 1700 McKinley El Paso, TX 79930. It will be something to do and it will be a great experience for the family. The cost to get on the tramway would be for Adult Tram Ride: $8 per person and Child Tram Ride (12 and Under): $4 per person.

Wyler Aerial Tramway gets five stars, because its one of the nicest things to do in El Paso. Get the camera and sunglasses. The view is beautiful, and its a 360 degree platform lets one see into Mexico and New Mexico. The tramway up and down is fun and always feels very safe.
